KU530-1 is the N-phenyl derivative of ADOTA.
KU530 is robust dye that can be used in unique polarisation based experiments as the fluorescence of the free dye and dye-biomolecule conjugates exceed 15 ns.
KU530 is ideal dyes for epifluorescence imaging as it does not bleach under unfocused illumination.
